INTERSECT. series

curated by Farzaneh Nouri

INTERSECT. is a series of events at Studio LOOS that explores the topic of free improvisation in a variety of mediums including virtual or physical performances, installations, software art, and mixed reality experiences. INTERSECT. aims to bring together artists from different disciplines and cultural backgrounds to explore new modes of interaction, collaboration, and expression.

We showcase selected works that speculate new ways of creation and interaction in the framework of improvisation. Musicians, visual artists, creative coders, performance artists, or designers will bring together projects that challenge conventions and provoke thought on the nature of improvisation and interactivity.
